Owners will have access to their residence for 2 weeks per annum, 1 week from October to April and 1 week from May to September. Additional or extended usage rights are available subject to conditions*. Purchasers who would like the flexibility of having their apartment available for personal use at all times can be accommodated subject to conditions.
The Residences will be fully furnished to the same impressive standard as the luxury Radisson Hotel.
The excellent quality specification will include air conditioning, substantial balconies with impressive scenic views and ample parking with 160 underground parking spaces & additional surface spaces. There is access to permanent storage.
